Putumayo Releases Latest Album: Music Of The Andes
I have to admit, I’m a huge, unapologetic Putumayo music fan. In fact, there was a point in my life where my iPod (this was pre-iPhone era) was maxed out with Putumayo albums and one Vampire Weekend album — classic hipster, I know!
Good news recently came for everyone of the world music label with the new release of Music of the Andes, their newest album featuring 11 tracks from artists from nations around South America, including Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina . . . well, basically every country where the range extends reaches — makes sense.
If you’re interested in listening to a few clips of the album before downloading it or buying a copy by heading to the craft store on the main street of your closest college town, visit the Music of the Andes page here.
